|Dahi||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), beaten (Nestle)|
|Chicken||1 , cut into 8 pieces|
|Ginger piece||2 Inch|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm)|
|Pudina||1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1 Small Bunch)|
|Dhania||1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1 Small Bunch)|
|Garam masala powder||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a bowl, mix Nestle Dahi, cream, ginger, garlic, green chillies, pudina, dhania and salt.
2)Add in the chicken and coat it with the mixture.
3)Let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
4)Heat a karahi. Put the chicken and the marinade into it. Cook till dry.
5)Individually smoke each piece over direct flame.
6)Sprinkle garam masala over them and serve.
