Ingredients
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients, making sure the sugar dissolves

SERVING
2. Can be used brushing barbequed leg of lamb, spareribs, loins of pork or even lamb shanks
