Baked Chili Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 6
  Butter stick 1
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 6 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the cumin, chili powder, cloves and garlic.
Stir for about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the flour.
Coat the chicken with the sauce and place in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Bake, uncovered in a 350° oven about 45 minutes.
Baste occasionally.
Place chickenona serving platter.
Add the sour cream to juices in pan until sauce has consistency you prefer.
Heat through and serve with chicken.
