|Boneless chicken breasts||2|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut chicken breasts in half.
In skillet, slowly saute onion in margarine until tender.
Add chicken; brown.
Add 1 cup chicken broth; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Put egg yolks into bowl along with lemon juice and flour.
Pour over chicken and stir until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Use sauce from chicken to serve over broccoli, if desired.
