Chicken Little Legs

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 3 Pound
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped stuffed olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 450 degrees.
2.Slice the chicken wings from both the joints and throw away the tips.
3.In a shallow dish, mix the chicken wings with salad oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olives and allow it to refrigerate overnight or few hours.

MAKING
4.Drain the marinade and keep it aside in a bowl.
5.In a shallow baking pan, arrange chicken wings on a rack and bake them for 30- 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
6.Apply the marinade few times while baking.

SERVING
7.Serve hot.
