1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
2.Slice the chicken in pieces big enough to serve and leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3.Take a frying pan and heat fat in it.
4.Roll the chicken pieces over the flour and fry them in the pan.
5.Take a baking pan and arrange the pieces in it by adding rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper.
6.Add water in the fry pan, stir and pour over the chicken.
7.Allow the dish to bake for 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
