Parmesan Baked Chicken
|Dry bread crumbs||180 Milliliter|
|Dried parsley flakes||60 Milliliter|
|Parmesan cheese||80 Milliliter, grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||170 Gram|
Combine the bread crumbs, parsley and cheese together in a small mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute over low heat.
Dip the chicken in the butter then dredge through the bread crumbs, place in a small casserole dish.
Season with the salt and pepper and brush with the remaining butter.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45 minutes.
