Parmesan Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Dry bread crumbs 180 Milliliter
  Dried parsley flakes 60 Milliliter
  Parmesan cheese 80 Milliliter, grated
  Butter 60 Milliliter
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 170 Gram
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Pepper 1 Milliliter
Directions

Combine the bread crumbs, parsley and cheese together in a small mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute over low heat.
Dip the chicken in the butter then dredge through the bread crumbs, place in a small casserole dish.
Season with the salt and pepper and brush with the remaining butter.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45 minutes.
