|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Matzo meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
Beat eggs with the cold water; add enough matzo meal to make a soft dough, the parsley, and salt.
Chill for several hours.
Shape into small balls; drop into boiling water, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Drain and serve in hot soup.
Restriction:Lacto Ovo Vegetarian
