Zesty Grilled Chicken
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Onion||1 Large, grated|
|Dried parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cracked pepper||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken breast halves||6 , skinned|
Prepare outdoor grill or preheat broiler.
Stir together well the garlic, onion, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; coat each chicken breast.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Heat marinade on stove; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour a small amount of mixture over each chicken breast when serving.
