This recipe is so juicy, delicious and look so fancy that everybody love it. You should try it. You should try saute carrots with butter as excellent side dish.
1⁄4 Pound (1 Stick Butter)
5 Clove (25 gm)
1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Combine butter, salt and parsley. Separate the skin and the meta, with out remove it; spread the butter between meat and skin, massaging the skin to spread the butter evenly
2. Chop the carrots, leek, celery & onion.Place the vegetables in a roasting pan, add garlic & thyme
3. Place the chicken over the vegetables, season with salt & pepper. Put the lime halves inside the chicken
4. Roast for about 1 hr, basting the chicken with the pan juices 3 or 4 times. The chicken will be ready when inserted a thin knife and the juices are clear
