Island Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

2 ready-to-cook young chickens (about 2 pounds each), split in half Combine all ingredients except chicken; let chicken chill in sauce 4 or 5 hours.
Broil as for Golden Broiled Chicken, brushing occasionally with sauce.
