Chicken N Biscuit Triangles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Cooked chicken 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely chopped
  Egg 1
  Sweet milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients; cut in shortening; add mashed potatoes and chicken.
Mix egg with milk; add to flour mixture; stir until just blended.
Knead dough lightly; pal to 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut into 3-inch squares, then into triangles.
Place on a greased baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley; bake 5 additional minutes.
