Crispy Chicken Strips

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide strips (500 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pie plate, combine the egg, butter and Worcestershire sauce, then season with the salt and pepper to taste.
2) Dip the chicken strips into the mixture, then coat evenly with the crumbs.
3) Place the chicken strips directly over the rack and broil as per the directions until the strips are browned and crisp.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
