Fruity Fried Chicken
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken||3 Pound, disjointed (1 Whole)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|White grapes||1⁄2 Pound|
1.Cut the bananas in slices and chop the avocado.
2.In a skillet, heat oil and fry chciken in it until brown.
3.Add chili powder, pepper, cinnamon, onion and salt to the chicken.
4.Put raisins, pineapple and juice in the skillet and cover.
5.Allow the ingredients to cook for 35- 45 minutes by adding water if necessary.
6.Garnish with grapes, bananas and avocado and add lthe liquid in the skillet on the chicken.
7.Serve in a dish.
Tip- Liquid can be thickened by adding flour.
