Marinated Chicken Breasts
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chicken breasts||6 , split|
Mix sour cream and next 7 ingredients.
Marinate chicken breasts 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
Before baking, roll each piece in fine bread crumbs.
Place in baking dish.
Dot with plenty of butter or margarine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
May cover when completely baked and turn oven to warm.
Will hold 2 hours with no harm to flavor.
