Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken 225 Gram
  Safflower oil 30 Milliliter
  Diced onion 1 Small
  Diced green bell pepper 125 Milliliter
  Diced red bell pepper 125 Milliliter
  Button mushrooms 20
  Oyster sauce 30 Milliliter
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter
  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter
  Sherry/Water 15 Milliliter
Directions

Dice the chicken into bite size pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet.
Fry the chicken for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and fry until tender.
Add the oyster sauce and soya sauce.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch with sherry and stir into chicken.
Simmer until thick.
Serve over rice or noodles.
