Chicken Cilantro

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chicken breasts 6 , cut in 1" pieces (Boned, Skinned)
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 6 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter and oil in large skillet, add onion and garlic and saute about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken.
Stirring occasionally, cook about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Stir in the cilantro and lemon juice.
Cook another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
