Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Beau monde seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded green onions 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken parts/3 pound cut up fryer 2 Pound
  Melted butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Beat together egg, milk and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, beau monde and shredded onions.
Dip pieces of chicken in egg-milk mixture and then coat with the cornflake crumbs mixture.
Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan and pour melted butter over the chicken.
Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 45.to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is done and brown.
Serves 4.
