Oven Fried Chicken
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Beau monde seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded green onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken parts/3 pound cut up fryer||2 Pound|
|Melted butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Beat together egg, milk and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, beau monde and shredded onions.
Dip pieces of chicken in egg-milk mixture and then coat with the cornflake crumbs mixture.
Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan and pour melted butter over the chicken.
Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 45.to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is done and brown.
