Big Chicken Dish
|Chicken||5 Pound, cooked (1 Piece)|
|Cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Spaghetti||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
|Tomatoes||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)|
|Mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Pimientos||1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (1 Small Can)|
Cook chicken in lots of broth until done.
Remove chicken from broth and bone; save broth to boil the spaghetti.
Chop celery, green peppers and onions.
Mix all ingredients and bake in slow oven for about 3 hours.
