Cottage Country Chicken
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||680 Gram (4 Pieces, 170 Gram Each)|
|All purpose flour||10 Milliliter|
|Curry powder||15 Milliliter|
|Fine bread crumbs||30 Milliliter|
Place the chicken in a small casserole dish.
In a small mixing bowl blend the yogurt, flour and curry powder.
Spread over the chicken.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the water in along the sides.
Place in a preheated 350°F (180) oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Remove and serve with a rice pilaf.
