Broiled Chicken Zucchini And Biscuits
|Marinated boneless chicken breasts||10 Ounce, refrigerated (2 Pieces, 5 Ounce / 175 Gram Each)|
|Zucchini||8 Ounce, each sliced in thirds lengthwise (2 Whole, 4 Ounce / 125 Gram Each)|
|Butter/Olive oil||25 Milliliter, melted (2 Tablespoons)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Refrigerated biscuits||5 (1 Can)|
1) Place the chicken and zucchini slices towards the edge of the rack.
2) Apply butter or oil to the zucchini, sprinkle evenly with the garlic salt and grated cheese, then cook as per the directions.
3) In the centre of the rack, place the biscuits and cook as per the directions until the zucchini is cooked and the biscuits are nicely browned.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
