Curried Chicken Divan
|Whole chicken breasts||3|
|Frozen broccoli spears||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded process american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a n electric skillet, heat oil to 375 and onions, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, parsley, salt and pepper in it.
2.Stir the ingredients for 10 minutes and then add tomato paste, wine, sugar, basil, marjoram and seasoned pepper in it,
3.Put the sausage also and cook for 5 minutes by covering until the vegetables are cooked well and sausage gets heated through.
