|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot red pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fryer chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
Combine and mix first 8 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; keep hot.
Arrange chicken pieces on cooking grill.
Cover kettle and cook about 1 hour or until fork tender, basting frequently with sauce.
