Chicken Chalupas

Ingredients
  Chicken breast halves 6 , skinned and boned
  Chopped green onion and tops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jalapenos 2 Large, seeded and chopped
  Jalapeno pepper juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned pimientos 4 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Fried chalupa shells 8
  Monterey jack cheese 8 Ounce, grated
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced tomato 1⁄3
  Diced onion 1⁄2
  Guacamole 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Boil chicken and chop into chunks.
Mix chicken with onions, jalapenos, juice, pimientos, and sour cream.
Spread over chalupa shells; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Broil until bubbly; top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and guacamole.
