Chicken Wings With Peppers

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 6 Ounce, tips removed (2 Pieces, 3 Ounce Each)
  Dry red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1⁄4 , cut into 1/4 inch strips
  Pepper red 1⁄4 , cut into 1/4 inch strips
  Green onion with top 1 , cut into 2" pieces
Directions

Place chicken wings in 22-oz casserole [8 x 8 x 2" dish].
Mix wine, brown sugar, soy sauce and bouillon (dry); pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (385 watts) until almost done, 2 to 3 min [5 to 7 min].
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; add remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 5 min [8 to 10 min].
