Chicken Wings With Peppers
|Chicken wings||6 Ounce, tips removed (2 Pieces, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Dry red wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 , cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|Pepper red||1⁄4 , cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|Green onion with top||1 , cut into 2" pieces|
Place chicken wings in 22-oz casserole [8 x 8 x 2" dish].
Mix wine, brown sugar, soy sauce and bouillon (dry); pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (385 watts) until almost done, 2 to 3 min [5 to 7 min].
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; add remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 5 min [8 to 10 min].
