Spicy Chicken With Coconut

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 675 Gram
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Paprika 5 Milliliter
  Pepper 5 Milliliter
  Butter 90 Milliliter
  Diced onion 1 (Spanish Variety)
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Grated blanched almonds 180 Milliliter
  Crushed red chilies 5 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Bay leaf 1
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Honey 60 Milliliter
  Coconut milk 500 Milliliter
  Grated fresh coconut 250 Milliliter
Directions

Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt, paprika and pepper.
Heat the butter in a large skillet and fry the onion with the chicken to brown.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice pilaf.
