Town House Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Corn flakes 3 Tablespoon, crushed
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Slice the chicken in pieces big enough to serve and flavor them with a dash of salt.

MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix 2 cup flour with 11/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, pepper and soda and stir well.
3.Add Worcestershire sauce and buttermilk to the bowl and blend well.
4.In a separate bowl, put remaining flour with baking powder, cornflakes and a dash of paprika.
5.Dip the chicken pieces in the buttermilk batter and then immediately roll it in corn flakes mix.
6.Fry the pieces until brown.

SERVING
7.Serve hot with dips.
