Easy Roast Chicken

  Fryer chicken/Broiler chicken 1 Small
  Fresh ground black pepper To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Set your oven to preheat at 425 degrees.
2) Season chicken well with sea salt and pepper.

MAKING
3) Place the chicken inside the preheated oven and roast for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown. You will need to baste the chicken frequently with the drippings.

SERVING
4) Serve with garlic or sesame bread and your choice of wine.
