Deviled Chicken For Parties
|Chicken breasts||2 , cut into lengths|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
1.Mix the breadcrumbs, mustard, curry powder, cayenne powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
2.Melt the butter.
3.Dip the pieces of chicken in butter and then in breadcrumbs mix.
4.In a frypan, heat oil.
5.Fry the dipped chicken pieces until brown and crisp.
6.Season with lime juice and serve with coriander chutney.
