Honey Glazed Chicken Bites
|Cooked chicken||12 Ounce, skinned and cut into chunks (350 Gram)|
|Spring onions||1⁄4 Pound, roughly chopped (1 Bunch)|
|Walnuts||2 Ounce, roughly chopped (50 Gram)|
|Clear honey||3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)Bake potatoes in oven.
2)In a large mixing bowl, mix together cooked and skinned chicken chunks, spring onions, chopped walnuts, honey, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
3)Make slits on baked potatoes and gently coax them to open out.
4)Spoon in some butter and once it melts due to steam from hot baked potatoes, transfer some of the topping.
