Country Crusty Fried Chicken
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed corn flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fryer||3 Pound (Disjointed)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a paper sack, put flour, salt, corn flakes, pepper and paprika.
3. Take a bowl and mix milk and eggs.
4. Once done, put the mixture in the paper sack and shake well.
5. Pour the sack contents on a greased baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
