Easy Barbecued Chicken
|Margarine stick||1 1⁄2 , melted|
|Garlic salt||To Taste (To Taste)|
|Fryers||2 , disjointed|
|Barbecue sauce||8 Fluid Ounce (1 Bottle)|
1) Combine the garlic salt and margarine together and mix well.
2) On a barbeque grill over low coals, place the fryers. Brush with the margarine and garlic salt mixture.
3) Cook fryers for about 60 minutes or till the meat has tendered, frequently turning and brushing with the margarine mixture.
4) Cook the fryers for 15 more minutes, frequently brushing with the barbeque sauce.
5) Serve hot.
