Beau Catcher Fried Chicken

|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thyme leaf||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter stick||1 , melted|
1.In a bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, thyme, onion, and paprika.
2.Take the chicken and dip it first in buttermilk and tehn soon after in flour mixture.
3.In a shallow baking pan put the melted butter and then roll chicken on it.
4.Arrange the chicken in the dish with skin facing down.
5.Put the dish into the oven and bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.
6.Once done, reverse the chicken and bake for 30 more minutes.
