Chicken Buffet Molds

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Green olives 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pimento 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

MAKING
1) Take ½ a cup of cold water and soften the gelatin.
2) Dissolve it over the hot water.
3) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except the whipped cream. Mix well.
4) Fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
5) Pour it into the molds.
6) Refrigerate until it becomes firm.

SERVING
7) Unmold the salad and serve with a garnish of your choice.
