|Parsley flakes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|

|Melted butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2.In a bowl, mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley flakes, monosodium glutamate, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
3.Take the chicken and dip it first in the butter and then in crumb mixture.
4.In a shallow baking pan which is lined with foil, place the chicken with skin up.
5.Pour the remaining butter on the chciken and put it for baking at 350 degrees for about an hour.
6.Serve hot with dips.
