Golden Crisped Chicken
|Corn flake crumbs||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Packaged)|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 , cut into pieces|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Take a shallow baking dish or pie plate, add corn flake crumbs, pepper and salt and mix well.
3. Use aluminum foils for lining 2 shallow baking pans.
4. Immerse chicken pieces in evaporated milk, roll in corn flakes mixture and arrange in the foil-lined pan with skin portion facing upward. Bake, uncovered, for about 1.5 hours or till chicken pieces turn tender.
5. After 1 hour, rearrange the position of pans and without covering, continue baking.
6. Serve immediately.
