|Cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, diced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound, grated|
1)In a wide bowl, mix , celery, almonds, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and cheese well.
2)Fill the chicken mixture into the center of each French roll. You will have to first scoop out the centers of each French roll.
3)Place each roll within an aluminum foil and twist its ends so that they resemble firecrackers.
4)Keep the chicken firecrackers on the grill of a portable barbecue and cook for about 20 minutes, turning several times over.
5)Remove from heat and serve immediately.
