Chicken Liver Dip
|Chicken livers||1⁄2 Pound|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , finely chopped|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
1.Put the chicken livers in hot water for 5 minutes.
2.Once done, drain the water and chop the livers and keep them in a bowl.
3.Add egg, onions, basil, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the bowl and blend all the ingredients with a rotary beater.
4.Serve as filling for sandwiches or canapes or roll them into balls coated with nuts.
