Chicken Little Delights
|Beer||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Spanish onions||4 Medium, sliced 1/4 inch thick|
|Chicken livers||2 Pound|
1.Take a bowl and put beer, eggs, pepper, salt, milk and baking powder in it and stir.
2.Put flour until the mixture is thick and similar to pancake batter.
3.Put the bowl in refrigerator for 2 hours.
4.In a skillet, heat oil to 350 degrees and saute onions in it until brown.
5.Put the livers in the batter prepared in the bowl and coat them well.
6.Fry the coated livers in oil until golden.
