Easy Chicken Stew

Ingredients
  Fryer 1 , disjointed
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Chicken bouillon cubes 3
  Carrots 5 , cubed
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cubed
  Canned peas 5 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a skillet and heat shortening in it.
2.Add chicken, salt and pepper in the skillet and stir.
3.Put onions on the chicken and pour some water.
4.Put the lid on and let the ingredients cook until chicken is tender.
5.Put bouillion cubes, carrots and water in the skillet and cook for 15 more minutes.
6.Once done, put peas and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
7.Add flour at the end and thicken the mixture.

SERVING
8.Serve hot.
