Skewered Chicken Livers
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1.Take the gall out from the livers of chicken and wipe well by using a clean cloth.
2.Add little salt and pepper and divide the livers in two parts each.
3.Grill the slices of bacon for a minute on each side and once done, divide it in six pieces.
4.Arrange the liver, mushrooms, and bacon alternately on six skewers.
5.Coat the skewers in olive oil and then immediately roll them in bread crumbs.
6.Grill the meat until brown.
7.Serve hot topped with hot butter, juice of lemon and parsley sprigs.
