Baked Chicken Kabob & Vegan Kabobs

Ingredients
  Chicken breast cubes 2 Pound
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, cubed (Huge Sized Or 3 Small)
  Red onions 4 , cubed
  Whole mushrooms 1 Pound (1 Box)
  Yellow peppers/Orange peppers 12
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Allspice blend 1 Tablespoon
  Dry oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  White vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

pour vinegar and olive oil with all the dry ingredients over the meat and rub well.
take 3 pieces of spiced chicken along with two red bell peppers (one at the head and one at the tip), one cubed red onion, 1 mushroom, 1 orange or yellow pepper and skewer on each skewer.
place on foil tray and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. can be served over a bed of couscous or rice or simply as is.
