Corn Crisped Oven Fried Chicken
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Corn flakes crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix the crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces in the milk and then roll in the crumbs.
Lay the chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil, and bake at 350° 1 hour or until tender.
