Company Chicken And Potatoes

Ingredients
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut up (1 Piece)
  Enriched flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned potatoes 1 Pound, drained (1 Can, Tiny Variety)
  Cooking sherry 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; cool.
Slowly brown chicken in 1/4 cup butter, 10 to 15 minutes.
Push chicken to one side; blend in flour; slowly stir in bouillon.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens.
Add onion and garlic.
Cover; cook 30 minutes or till tender.
Add potatoes; heat.
Stir in sherry and dash pepper.
