|Quick macaroni||6 Ounce|
|Streaky bacon rashers||3 , derinded and chopped|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Chicken||8 Ounce, cooked and diced|
|Tomatoes||3 , skinned and sliced|
|White sauce mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Tomatoes||2 , skinned and sliced|
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain and place in casserole.
Fry bacon and mushrooms until tender.
Add to macaroni.
Lay the chicken over the bacon ; and mushrooms and arrange the tomatoes on top.
Make up the sauce with the milk and pour over.
Sprinkle with cheese and heat through for 15 min.
Garnish with tomatoes.
