Peppercorn and Yogurt Chicken
|Minced garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped spring onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Natural yogurt||6 Ounce (185 Gram)|
|Dijon mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Bottled green peppercorns||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken leg and thigh joints||4|
1. Place garlic, spring onions, yogurt and mustard in a food processor or blender and process to combine. Stir in green peppercorns. Place chicken in a baking dish and spoon over yogurt mixture.
2. Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until golden. Baste frequently during cooking.
