Honey and Garlic Chicken Brochettes
|Mediterranean marinade||400 Milliliter (Store Bought, 1 3/4 Cups)|
|Pepper||1 , cut into 16 pieces|
|Apples||2 , cored, and cut into 8 pieces each|
|Honey and garlic barbecue sauce||250 Milliliter (Store Bought, 1 Cup)|
In a bowl, pour the marinade over the chicken and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Thread the skewers, alternating the chicken, pepper, pineapple and apple.
Cook on the grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly.
Baste with the marinade while cooking.
Serve the brochettes with the honey and garlic barbecue sauce.
