Quick Chicken Breasts Almondine
|Whole chicken breasts||3 (6 Halves)|
|Cream and mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Lay the chicken breasts in a shallow casserole that will take them without overlapping.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Heat the soup and pour over the chicken.
Top with the almonds and bake about 1 1/4 hours in a moderate oven, 350°.
