|Chicken||4 Pound, cut (For Frying)|
|Fresh bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced or mashed|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Pound, melted|
Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter and roll them well in the crumb mixture.
Arrange in a large shallow casserole or baking pan, spaced so that the pieces do not touch.
Drizzle any leftover butter over the chicken and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
