Microwave Poached Chicken Breasts
|Chicken breast halves||3 Pound, skin removed if desired (8 Pieces)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place 4 of the chicken breast halves, skin side up, in 12x8-inch (2-quart) microwave-safe baking dish, placing thickest portions toward outside edge of dish.
Lightly sprinkle each breast with seasoned salt, paprika and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on HIGH for 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning halfway through cooking.
Repeat with remaining 4 chicken breasts.
Serve warm, or remove chicken from bones and use as desired.
